Due to continued growth Sentek is seeking a Regional Sales Business Development Manager to co-develop and execute the development plan for integrators and agribusiness related corporations in the USA, Canada and Mexico.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and/or establishing new sales channels into partner integrator solutions
  • Establishing strong relationships with corporations
  • Achieving the 2018-2019 growth targets
  • Demonstrating our corporate values of high personal service, scientific integrity, innovation and product quality

We offer leading edge technology including software to enable agronomists, consultants, environmental scientists and growers to fully understand and manage the soil-plant-water-atmosphere dynamics and so optimise irrigation scheduling, environmental due diligence and/or research aims. We offer stand-alone complete solutions plus integrate our probes into the solutions of other providers in the areas of agriculture, environmental and research.

  • An agricultural degree with specialisation in soil-water science, irrigation, agronomy, management or engineering is highly desirable
  • Soil-water science, irrigation and commercial business-to-business sales experience.
  • Electronic and IT skills are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and problem-solve from manuals
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace challenges quickly and achieve growth targets
  • The ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation and communicate the value-propositions are essential.
